Talent Operations Associate / HR Shared Services Associate 

Who We Are:

Wayfair is seeking a Human Resources Associate for our Shared Services function and can be based remotely, anywhere in the UK, Ireland or Germany. As a member of the Human Resources Team, you will impact the lives of every Wayfair team member through benefits administration, processing of employee-focused policies, new employee onboarding, and general support throughout the employee life cycle. The Human Resources team makes sure the fun, hardworking, and innovative culture of Wayfair are constants in the work lives of our employees. 

What You'll Do

  • Support our EU Business and Talent Management teams across various corporate & warehouse sites to process employee relations requests, administer benefits, generate & amend employee contracts 
  • Conduct trainings relating to best practices for processing requests 
  • Support org and structural changes ensuring consistency & speed 
  • Audit and maintain accuracy of Employee Records using various HRIS systems Support new-hire onboarding process and iterate to drive the best experience focusing on speed & accuracy of processing 
  • Support performance management activities, particularly with reporting employee data 
  • Assist with rolling out communication strategy as team optimises processes within the scope of the HR Shared Services team 
  • Partner closely with Payroll & Talent Management teams across various sites in EU & NA to identify new HR Shared Services initiatives and opportunities to increase scope 

What You'll Need: 

  • Experience in a dedicated HR Generalist, Shared Services, HRIS role, preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field, preferred 
  • Fluency in English - one other language would be advantageous, especially German or Polish
  • Ability to use sound judgement, creatively problem-solve 
  • Ability to effectively and respectfully partner with individuals at varying levels within an organization 
  • Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
  • German/English language skills preferred 
  • Excellent computer skills including Google Suite and HRIS systems
