Internship in TV Marketing - Performance Analysis (m/f/x)

Marketing at Wayfair is a key growth driver of our overall success. The Marketing team is a diverse and international team of customer advocates who enjoy moving fast and taking creative risks. Our Berlin-based team owns and operates a full suite of marketing channels in Europe including TV, Facebook, Instagram, Google,  Email, Direct Mail, and more.

As Wayfair’s second largest marketing channel, TV advertising is essential to making Wayfair a household name for all things home. TV Marketing at Wayfair combines analytical thinking (e.g. data-driven steering of ad spend) with Creative judgment (e.g. what makes TV Ads memorable). As an Intern, you will independently own and actively support all aspects of day-to-day channel management and analysis. We are looking for an intern available for 40 hours per week for 6 months, starting in December or January 2021

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Analysis -
    • Regularly monitor the performance of our TV campaigns
    • Generate insights on which creatives / networks / day parts work well vs. not
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Day-to-day channel management-
    • Independently own accurate cost upload and reporting
    • QA and upload weekly TV Schedules
  • Other projects -
    • Support with market research and consumer insights testing to identify insights that help understand what makes TV Ads work vs. not work.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills   
  • A degree in Business, Economics or Data Analysis is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enthusiastic, with proven ability to quickly get up to speed
  • Fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus
