Role and responsibilities

 

  • Drive projects to completion using effective project management, communication and influence;
  • Identify business opportunities and gaps in supply chain through process maps, identifying industry best practice 
  • Coordinate cross functional efforts between different departments esp operations, product and engineering to roll out systems and processes of Wayfair Delivery network
  • Deliver certain strategic projects in line with agreed cost, schedule and performance target
  • Ad-hoc tasks and other duties as required



What we are looking for: 

  • High-energy individual with a can-do attitude. Willing to jump in and work alongside folks of all levels to identify issues and quickly find solutions;
  • Possess good analytical judgement, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done;
  • 3-5 years supply chain/ operations experience will be highly regarded
  • Must be detailed oriented with optimal organizational skills; with a focus on teamwork and follow-up
  • Strong verbal and communication skills and a people-oriented personnel
  • Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture
  • MBA or degree in business economics, operations management, transport, industrial engineering or any related field
