Main areas of responsibility:

Maintain and develop positive relationships between Welocalize and universities, including promoting Welocalize as an excellent hosting company in the localization industry.
Process intern and trainee requests in accordance with the established budget and calendar needs. This includes hiring manager consultation, recruitment, and onboarding support.
Responsible for all contractual tasks related to hosted interns and trainees, such as contracts, calendars, tracking absences and holidays, calculating payrolls, etc.
Responsible for maintaining intern and trainee records, program handbooks, training, presentations, and program activity reports.
Ensuring interns and trainees are welcome and integrated into the hosted organization, following the training plan, and learning curve established. At the same time, ensure the assigned teams are satisfied with the intern progress and are meeting the expectations of the role.
Work as the connector between interns/trainees and talent acquisition and management, to explore possibilities of converting interns and trainees into employees or external partners.
Work with global teams and proactively seek opportunities to expand the Early Careers program activity according to the organizational goals and needs.
 
Requirements
 
Education and training:
Master/postgraduate degree in International Communication, Education, Languages, Translation, Human Resources or equivalent/relevant work experience.
 
Professional experience:
2-3 years experience working in a multicultural and international organization
Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ability to adapt to business needs
Experience in talent acquisition, internship, or training and development programs
 
Skills:
Native or near-native level of English, knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
Excellent communications skills and ability to influence decision-making.
Knowledge of the localization industry and academic landscape.
Organized and meticulous, able to multitask and keep the pace of long-term projects and actions.
Solution-oriented approach and “can do” attitude to challenges.
Working well across global teams and cultures, able to interact with any team member, from entry-level to management.
Team player with the ability to show initiative and contribute to the team’s success.
