English into Spanish Translators with High Visibility Marketing Content

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are currently looking for a native level fluency Spanish (Spain) translator for a project that will include high visibility marketing content in the area of retail.

Hiring Requirements:

MAIN DUTIES

o    Content translation and revision from English into Spanish with original meaning conveyed in a manner that is readable and understandable to target audience
o    Experience translating for an enterprise technology client preferred
o    Minimum three years' experience in marketing, social media, online help and user interface texts
o    Degree in linguistics, translation or equivalent experience
o    Effective, proficient communicator in English
o    Native fluency in target language

Additional Job Description
Tool: experience in WorldServer
Volumes: weekly hand-offs with an estimated word count between 2000-5000 words per week

Required skills:

  • Proficient in all four areas: marketing, social media, online help and user interface texts
  • Able to follow instructions, for example character restrictions, etc.
  • Able to communicate effectively the rationale behind their translation skills
