Main Purpose of the Role

Welocalize is currently looking for English into Vietnamese freelance Translators with experience in the field of life science for an ongoing translation and proofreading project for multiple leading pharmaceutical providers. The project main focus will be on Clinical Research & Pharmacy Documents.

Project Details
Title: English into Vietnamese Medical translator
Location: Remote
Content Specialties: "Investigator-facing","Patient-facing","Pharmacy"
Expected Volume: steady volume of the projects, 2,000 to 5,000 per week
Start date: ASAP
Employment Type: Freelance/Independent Contract.

Requirements

  • Level 1:   
  • Native speaker of Vietnamese and fluent in English
  • Subject-matter expertise in life sciences
  • Work experience in a medical or healthcare position
  • Documented experience in medical translations
  • CAT tool: XTM, Phrase
  •  Level 2:  
  • Experience with "Investigator-facing","Patient-facing","Pharmacy"
  • Formal higher education in Translation (preferably at Masters level), or formal higher education in a technical field (medicine, biology, chemistry, pharmacology, etc.)
