OVERVIEW

As part of our Early Careers Program, this is a full-time paid 6 months' internship opportunity where our interns develop the knowledge and tools needed to succeed, with mentorship provided by experienced professionals in the relevant areas and opportunities to network with major players in the industry.

The intern will work closely with mentors who will provide training and oversee their progress and offer guidance on specific projects.

MAIN DUTIES

The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership of a Customer Success Intern:

- Cold calling, cold emailing, lead generation and market research.
- Conduct analysis and produce metric reports and dashboards to support business decisions and strategies in the Customer Success/Sales department.
- Connect with internal and external stakeholders in support of project execution.
- Participating in introductory meetings with clients and perform meeting annotations.
- Draft documentation and project plans to support the Production, Technical and Sales team.
- Maintain status updates on project and/or team activities and communicate to all relevant stakeholders.
 
REQUIREMENTS

Education Level
In Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
- Demonstrated time management skills through college work to date.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Up-beat, positive, can-do attitude.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for course work to date.
