As a Music QC Specialist, you will be responsible for proofreading and evaluating music lyrics in your native language and English. Excellent linguistic skills, music knowledge, and attention to detail are critical attributes for success in this role. You will need a passion for technology and a will to question the current workflows with the mindset to improve tools and processes a general understanding, love, and ideally, experience writing lyrics.

As a Music Metadata Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and evaluating bands and artists in your native language and English. Excellent research skills, music knowledge, and attention to detail are critical attributes for success in this role a general understanding, love, and ideally, experience in playing instruments and music production a plus.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote/US Based
Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
Training Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm (1-hr break)
Work Schedule: Flex 8 am - 8 pm (Mon-Fri, 8 hr/day, 40 hrs/wk, 1-hr break)
Pay Rate: $22 an hour

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle repetitive tasks
  • 1-2 years of experience working with digital content, preferably in music
  • Data-driven, passionate about data and comfortable presenting data
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the music industry
  • Knowledge of a Mac is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university in related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Native-level fluency in Latin American Spanish
