About the Business Partnership Manager role
Wolt is hiring a Business Partnership Manager to grow and develop Wolt’s company partnership portfolio in Norway. The ideal candidate wants to create new and develop existing corporate partnerships, while constantly raising the bar in how we cooperate with the individual company representatives.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify and contact companies that would benefit from our services
  • Systematically manage the pipeline of new potential corporate partnerships
  • Establish relationship with company representatives and successfully negotiate partnerships with them
  • Become the company representatives' trusted advisor, helping them overcome any issues related to the Wolt services, either by yourself or by leveraging the Wolt team
  • Make sound business decisions while supporting your intuition with data
  • About you:

  • Quickly able to identify and target the most eligible companies in the Norwegian cities where we operate
  • Networking and building relationships is your second-nature. Shy and quiet are not words that describe you
  • You have sales experience and you love sales! Getting a ‘no’ only makes you more driven towards the ‘yes’
  • Natural “hunter” - if you don’t know the company representative, you will utilise your network to get the meeting
  • Despite your outgoing personality, you are structured and always on top of your things. Every company is unique, and you always treat them that way – always ready to service our corporate clients on any matter
  • A true foodie with a constant hunger to learn
  • Experience within B2B sales is a plus but not a requirement
  • Experience with working with Pipedrive or another CRM system is a plus but not a requirement
