About Wolt Operations
Wolt is more than just a food delivery app - in fact we are a smooth operation built upon a solid foundation of state-of-the-art technology. We act as a real-time marketplace connecting customers, restaurants and courier partners. The role you are looking at is part of the Swedish operations, a dynamic team comprising close to 40 people (and growing).

About the role
Wolt is currently looking for a new Head of Sales to lead our commercial team in Sweden. This role is key to our growth and will cover both hands-on work with our restaurant partners as well as proactively managing an enthusiastic and energetic team. To perform in this role, you must have the ability to combine strategy and analytics, whilst also being a successful sales professional - always looking at new revenue generating opportunities. While you will travel frequently across Sweden, you will be based in Stockholm. Wolt is a great place for you who wants to grow and develop quickly, both as a person as well as a professional. 

What you will bring to Wolt
Customer obsessed: We put our restaurant partners and customers at the forefront of every decision we make. You will help to improve and drive further growth without compromising our proposition.
Create opportunities: You will use your connections across Sweden to generate new commercial opportunities for Wolt. This could be developing new partnerships or creating additional revenue streams. If you are lacking some connections today, then you show us how to best expand ones’ network.
Mentor, manage & motivate: You will manage several teams within the restaurant function. This includes helping the Restaurant Partnership Managers identify suitable restaurant partners to bring onto the Wolt platform, as well as acting as a sparring partner for the Restaurant Development Managers and helping them raise the bar with existing partners. 
Analytical and strategic thinking: Using data to make informed decisions, you will develop strategies to improve current commercial performance and create new opportunities.
Working across teams: We are a tight group where cooperation across functions is a natural part of the working week. In order to succeed, you will need to display an ability to collaborate and prioritize among tasks as well as being a great team player. 

About you - core capabilities

  • You enjoy leading and growing a team and have solid experience in managing sales and account management departments.
  • You have an experience from analysing sales metrics and producing relevant KPIs. Moreover, you are able to translate this data into actions and make the rest of the core team understand how sales are progressing according to the KPIs.
  • You are able to think on your feet, and multi-tasking is your second nature.
  • You are curious and enjoy learning. Even better if you also are tech-savvy.
  • You have a can-do attitude and you are ready to roll up your sleeves and perform in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • You either have a background within HORECA or as a management consultant with some understanding of the tech industry. Preferably you can leverage a strong restaurant network in Sweden.
