About the Restaurant Development Manager role
Wolt is hiring a Restaurant Development Manager to support the management of Wolt’s restaurant portfolio in Norway. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys a diverse working week. You will also act as a key communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure optimal success. You will have leadership responsibility for one associate with opportunity to leadership responsibilities as the portfolio grows. For the right candidate, this can be a stepping stone to take a broader role in leading the restaurant portfolio and the team.

You will be responsible for

  • Manage Wolt Norway's restaurant portfolio and enhancing the value from it
  • Ensure our portfolio of restaurants reaches the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks
  • Successfully onboard venues onto the Wolt platform including photos, menus, training of staff, testing and follow up
  • Develop Wolt´s restaurant partners and their business by using our collected user data
  • Provide high-level consultation to our restaurant partnerships regarding improvements, quality checks and creative strategies, and help restaurant partners reach their goals
  • Closely monitor the Wolt portfolio and work with our restaurant partnership managers to continuously improve Wolt services and offerings in all our cities
  • Conduct market analysis to understand competition and customer needs
  • Be responsible for our menu-platform always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand
  • Act as key account for major accounts and follow up these with reports and regular meetings to track performance
  • Partner with Restaurant Partnership Managers of other cities in order to grow multi-city agreements
  • Partner with our marketing team to run value-adding PR & marketing campaigns and suggest optimal marketing activities to increase restaurant orders
  • Work closely with our operations and support teams to ensure best practices and follow up of restaurant 

    • About You

  • Preferably Bachelor or equivalent degree
  • 3-7 years of experience - more or less can also do it, but the key is that you have the right attitude and drive
  • Experience in analytics/High interest towards analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people
  • Experience within account management, customer support or administration
  • Structured, detailed and service-oriented
  • Self-starter and a passion for food
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
