内部销售专员—中国上海
内部销售专员的主要职责是发现、评估和开发新销售机会，在这个过程中需要与内部团队密切合作，达成、甚至超越指定销售区域或/和产品线的销售指标。其他职责还包括：协助销售渠道管理、市场沟通和客户关系管理行政工作。
岗位职责
•与内外部销售团队合作，达成或超越销售目标
•工作内容包括通过电话、电子邮件、虚拟会议和其他可能的工具，对合格的集客营销潜在客户进行评估，与现有客户和潜在客户接触，引导客户找到最符合需求的产品，与内部团队协调解决客户问题，提供定价，协助投标等。
•通过销售指标分析和市场调研，独立制定并执行新客户获取策略
•与内外部销售团队合作，确保最大化地应用客户关系管理工具，准确跟踪客户和潜在客户，准确进行销售预测
•与客户建立并保持良好关系，提高客户粘性，实现持续的收入增长
•与市场部、销售主管、科技顾问和客户服务团队合作。
•跟踪重要的计划和活动，向经理汇报。
岗位要求
•必须具备熟练的普通话和英语能力（口语和写作）
•生命科学或生物技术学士学位
•具有成功的技术产品线销售经验，熟悉各种销售概念、实践和流程者优先。
•具有下一代测序领域销售经验者优先
•熟练使用客户关系管理数据库 (SFDC)、Tableau、潜在客户挖掘/生成工具和其他生产力工具者优先。
•可快速理解和掌握高技术概念，能准确向他人表达
•善于通过聆听、口头和书面表达进行沟通。善于表达，思维敏捷
•优秀的人际关系建设和人际交往能力
•具备识别客户需求的能力
•可在团队环境中解决问题，开展有效工作。
