About the role:
Operating remotely (home based) you’ll work with the Regional Marketing Manager, and district team, you’ll help execute tactical activities that support the goals of the EMEA commercial organization - including internal events, conferences, Print ads, Corporate partnerships etc.
You’ll be working closely with communications teams and external vendors to develop booth designs, arrange booth kits, liaise with speakers, arrange for AV support and act as a primary contact for event organizers for booking sponsorship and ensuring timely delivery of sponsorship elements.
What you will be doing:
- Organizing conferences and seminars and full ownership of the events calendar at the district level
- Manage invoices, vendor onboarding, purchase orders and requisitions
- Handle shipments for events
- Support the tracking and reporting of the ROI of tactical marketing activities to improve campaign effectiveness (inc. capturing lead data and feedback from field staff)
- Act as an owner of established tools and process in the marketing team for reporting of activities in your district (Quip, Airtable, Box etc.)
- Provide onsite support when required as the key point-of-contact for both 10x-driven activities (e.g. User Group Meetings, Seminars) and 3rd party activities (e.g. conferences and tradeshows)
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience organizing events and conferences
- Comfortable working 100% remote (home based) with an expectation to travel (approx. 20-40% depending on business needs)
- An independent self-starter who operates with a high degree of autonomy
- Flexible, able to pivot quickly, capable of wearing many hats and evolve with the changing needs of the company and team
- Highly organized individual who is comfortable having challenging deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Fluent English Language skills and business proficiency in the regional language
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Design experience / adobe creative suite/ Indesign or Photoshop
