10X is seeking a Senior Global Trade Compliance Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring our international trade operations is comply with local and international laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global trade compliance, analytical skills, attending to details, and ability to interpret the import and export regulations.
What you will be doing:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable global trade regulations and laws.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance issues.
- Provide guidance on export and import issues to internal and external clients, develop solutions, and resolve issues to support business objectives and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Perform jurisdiction/classification determinations (USML/ECCN/HTS).
- Serve as a resource for shipping requests, and work with international transportation/logistics personnel to resolve classification, valuation, and origin issues, liaising with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Perform audits on import and export transactions and customs broker performance.
- Request for post entry amendments on import transactions
- Organize and maintain regulatory required recordkeeping.
- Conduct internal audits on compliance tasks and identify gaps for improvements to mitigate compliance risks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Research and compile country specific trade compliance information.
- Assist with implementing, updating, maintaining, and monitoring Trade Compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support various trade compliance projects and improvement initiatives.
- Perform investigations of any potential violations of the global trade laws.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or International Business, or equivalent work experience in import and export.
- 5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, or import/export operations.
- Knowledge of U.S. export/import regulations and international trade laws and regulations.
- Working knowledge Oracle or equivalent Global Trade Compliance Models.

Below is the base pay range for this full time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
