Role Overview:
Aeva is seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong experience in managing design and verification activities of ASICs
What you'll be doing:
As part of this position, your responsibilities will involve driving front-end activities of ASICs including architecture, design and verificationActive collaboration with technical leads to define chip specifications and co-ordinate to drive chip architecture and micro-architectureDevelop a project plan using resources and estimates from functional leads, identifying gaps and risksWorking with vendors on IP due diligence, selection and procurementIdentify and prioritize project risks and impacts. Drive escalation to senior managementDrive closure on technical issues and development roadblocks to ensure high-quality ASIC implementationEffectively communicate program risks/status regularly to key stakeholders Be a clear communicator with a proven ability to work across functions inside the company, and with partners across the globe.What you'll have:
10+ years of hands-on experience in SOC/ASIC front-end activitiesExperience working with external IP vendorsExperience working with teams across multiple locationsExcellent communication and organization skillsOwn project development using well-defined metricsResults-driven, self-motivated, and proactive while demonstrating creative & critical thinkingExperience working on Jira, Confluence, Project Management tools such as Smartsheets, MS ProjectsNice to haves:
