The Opportunity:
 
For our team in Hong Kong, we are looking for a Datacenter Operation Engineer to join the team. A positive, can-do attitude, with a calm demeanor and methodical approach are essential.
 
In this Role, you'll get to: 
  • Point of contact for break, fix, request in the Datacenter.
  • Responsible for assisting with projects or repairs throughout the Datacenter.
  • Understand and debug hardware related issues, both server and network devices.
  • Identify and help create documentation for the Datacenter knowledge base.
  • Assist with process improvements and best practices in Datacenter operations.
  • Work as a team with remote engineering team.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
  • Able to communicate in English and Cantonese is a must
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Datacenter
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
  • Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical field, or equivalent experience/certification.
  • Knowledge of Linux and server hardware support.

It's great if you have:

  • Conceptual knowledge of technologies such as HTTP, DNS, RAID, and DHCP
  • Has own vehicle.
