The Opportunity:

For our team in Bangkok, Thailand, we are looking for candidates with strong IT Security Support experience.

In this Role, you'll get to: 

  • You will be responsible for supporting the company-wide endpoint security solutions.
  • Proactively monitor the security compliance dashboards.
  • Act on alerts and proactively investigate and resolve issues.
  • Ensure endpoints meet the security KPIs (Patching, OS and AV compliance)
  • Work on security projects as set-out by GSD and SecOps
  • Own and manage third party escalations and resolutions

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • Good knowledge of Azure AD and AD on Premise environment
  • In-depth Windows and Mac troubleshooting
  • Patch management (Intune, Kace)
  • Security Tools (Cisco Umbrella, Seraphic, Firewalls, etc)
  • Mac management (Jamf)
  • Good network troubleshooting skills.
  • Scripting (Powershell, bash, etc.)

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Strong ownership.
  • Service minded.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team.
