About Program Management Office Team:   

Our skilled Program Management Office team develops and executes on exciting projects with our accommodation providers in a rewarding, fast-paced environment to ensure that partners have sustainable, long-term relationships with Agoda.

The opportunity:                

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan

As a Partner Program Coordinator, you will have the responsibility of managing operational tasks regarding our wide range of marketing services in Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. You would also take care of questions from the market managers and working closely with other departments within Agoda to ensure assigned tasks are completed

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Specialists of Program Management Office in Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, and some departments in Headquarters, Thailand
  • Extract necessary data from some business intelligence tools to perform operational tasks
  • Resolve issues related to Program Management Office activities and take follow up actions
  • Assist Agoda Market Managers with hotel’s marketing onboarding process
  • Optimize processes
  • Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operational tasks
  • Prepare reports as necessary
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
  • Meet individual KPIs and team goals

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of managing operational tasks
  • Native level fluency in Japanese and proficient level English are required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prioritization and planning skills
  • Adaptable to new technologies, quick learner
  • Be comfortable communicating with people in a multinational environment
  • Solutions-oriented

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Travel industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to write a query using SQL
