The Domain of Enterprise Products
Behind the scenes of creating compelling experiences for our millions of customers, we're designing and optimizing hotel partner management products to support complex business scenarios for the B2B side. The Agoda enterprise products that we design give access to Agoda internal business users to control and update property information while allowing over 600,000 properties over the world to manage their property content, prices, allotment, customer segments, promotions, and market exposure.

The Design team is a diverse group of product designers and researchers that help to build Agoda’s products from our home office in Bangkok. Experience Requirements & Role Expectations:
- 3+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products; in-house designer experience highly preferred
- Has experience of managing multiple stakeholders with agile development process
- Proficient in creating wireframes, UX design tools and prototyping
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to web-based products or mobile applications that with complexities
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Worked with enterprise products or B2B domain as a big plus
The Enterprise Products Product Designer is an experienced problem solver for the areas with high complexity. He/she will work closely with Product stakeholders to collaborate and execute on the product team’s roadmap and milestones.
The Enterprise Product Product Designer also possesses domain knowledge and expertise of the enterprise products or initiatives, to co-create future partner-centric product strategy or roadmap with your stakeholders. He/she will lead by creating alignment, telling compelling and persuasive stories to illustrate hotel partners’ problems connected with enterprise business journey, clearly articulate design decisions, driving and pushing for optimal UX solutions to stakeholders and influence the enterprise business for the longer term visions.
Role Responsibility:

You’re hands-on design solutions for moderately complex enterprise business scenarios and scoped business problems that are aligned with property partners’ vision and our business goals.

You actively conduct research and gather insights together with our researcher to evaluate impact of a given solution and drive improvement and refinement towards desired outcomes on property partner-facing products.

You own product priors or research insights and work with product stakeholders and design leadership team to manage and advocate property partner-centric UX insights.

You partner with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery to validate and shape ideas to experiment and build to influence both quarterly and longer term enterprise product strategy and roadmap.
