The Community You Will Join:
The Content and Screens Lead Program Manager is responsible for working horizontally within Airbnb’s in-house Marketing/Creative team in partnership with the Product Marketing and Design organizations to manage the development process for product screen assets for use in marketing.

This is a highly cross-functional role. It requires someone who is a strong self-starter, is operationally-minded, and can navigate ambiguity. Experience working with Localization, Creative and Product teams is essential, as this role will require navigating the organization and building relationships with a broad set of partners and contributors, including but not limited to Marketing, Creative, Production, Product Design, Product Marketing, Localization, Business Affairs and Legal.
A Typical Day:
- Set and maintain quality and accuracy standards of product screen assets created for use in Airbnb’s marketing deliverables (in-product marketing, social, email, press, film and keynote presentations)
- Manage and evolve workflow for creation, localization and delivery of product screen assets, including tracking and driving deadlines for assets based on overall project timelines and managing incoming requests from teams
- Build and foster partnerships with key XFN partners like Product Design, Product Marketing, and Localization
- Partner closely with Production and Creative on photography, screen content, and other creative deliverables for product screen assets
- Be the internal “expert” for Marcom on the UI specifics and timing for new products and features being used in our Marketing
- Work closely with Production and Business Affairs to track clearances and 3rd party content
- Partner with internal Tools and Digital Asset Management teams to develop a process for scoping, status tracking, and archiving
- Partner with Marketing, Design, and Technical PgM to set business-critical milestones that are widely understood across the organization
Your Expertise:
- BA/BS degree, 10+ years Program Management, Product Management, Project Management or relevant experience
- Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives at scale with design and product teams
- Background in establishing systems: experience developing processes where little exists, scaling process and demonstrated flexibility to get things done
- Passionate and enthusiastic about organizational excellence and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions - you can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line
- Blend of digital product, content and marketing experience
- Ability to anticipate potential challenges while flawlessly executing near-term tasks
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders
- Demonstrable skills and experience in mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated track record successfully managing ambitious and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Able to demonstrate flexibility, navigate ambiguity, and thrive within a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Deep knowledge of and appreciation for the Product and Creative development process
- Experience with or understanding of cross-functional (PM, Design & Eng) product-driven organizations
