As the Strategy Lead in Airbnb's Payments Team, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of our payment systems. A Typical Day
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Payments Team, ensuring alignment with Airbnb's overall business goals and execution of the future state strategy.
- Ability to evaluate comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the payment industry.
- Provide insightful and actionable recommendations to support key decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful execution of strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, adapting them as necessary to meet evolving business needs and market conditions.
- Facilitate regular reporting and communication with the Head of Payments Strategy and Business Operations, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Your Expertise

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used for data analysis and project management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results.
- Knowledge of the payments industry landscape, including emerging trends and technologies.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
