The Supply Stays Team ensures that Airbnb is locally relevant and serves the needs of our global hosts and guests, helping regions more efficiently plan and execute growth strategies across Supply Stays in a way that will resonate with our communities.

The Difference You Will Make:

As the Sales Ops  Lead, you will partner with regional Supply leadership, as well as cross functional partners, on initiatives from delivering on centrally run strategic programs to defining and executing on local market strategies that will accelerate Airbnb’s growth.

You should be comfortable with a variety of go to market strategy definitions, familiar with sales methodologies, best practices, sales metrics and cycles.  You will support both the development of strategy as well as the day to day operational running of the  Community Powered Growth Network segment.

A Typical Day:

  • Drive the execution and operationalization of central programs and strategies for the Community Powered Growth Network segment.
  • Manage the run the business needs of the  Community Powered Growth Network segment (setting quotas/OKRs, utilizing insights and tools to drive business performance, evaluating and measuring field performance, cadenced business reporting, territory design, resourcing).
  • Own clear communication to the regional teams and business stakeholders regarding performance against monthly and annual targets. Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution with relevant teams.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to build models that forecast near and long-term sales revenue, profit, and ROI.
  • Support the creation of and manage sales and account management playbooks.
  • Define the key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives.
  • Support Supply Leadership and Talent organisation in evaluating team performance.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed.

Your Expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations or related industries
  • Experience across the Customer Lifecycle with pre-sales, sales and customer success teams.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills including designing, developing and evolving financial/business models.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and driving operational rigor and excellence while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to maximize sales productivity and remove friction from operational processes to support long-term durable growth of the business.
  • Track record of working closely with senior leadership and acting as a thought partner to Directors, Regional Directors, and VPs to inform strategy and decision-making yielding positive outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in various go to market designs and business models.
  • Experience building and executing regional/local market strategies and field productivity programs.
  • Expert in Salesforce and GSuite tools; data modeling; advanced data analytics skills (e.g. SQL) a big plus.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
