As the Head of Brand and Creative, you'll shape how the world sees and experiences Airtable's brand—stewarding and evolving a clear, compelling identity and voice that resonates across every touchpoint. In this senior leadership role, you'll drive strategic positioning while maintaining a high bar for craft, partner closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand experiences, and bring operational savvy to scale our multi-channel marketing presence. This role requires a strong product orientation and a passion for experimentation as we evolve our brand in a dynamic landscape.

What you'll do
- Lead development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Airtable's business goals and product vision.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals across design, content strategy, copywriting, video, and motion—fostering a culture of strong concept, craft, and collaboration while ensuring a cohesive brand narrative.
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to drive brand consistency and elevate Airtable's market presence.
- Guide the ongoing brand refresh initiative, leading the team through experimentation and iteration to refine brand positioning and voice.
- Establish and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of creative output.
- Serve as a key brand ambassador internally and externally, articulating brand vision and strategy clearly across all levels of the organization.
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience leading brand and creative teams in dynamic, fast-growing companies, ideally with a strong product focus.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and building strong partnerships across the business.
- Proven track record developing and executing brand strategies that drive measurable business impact.
- Deep expertise across multi-disciplinary creative work with a love for craft and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategy and how to align brand and creative initiatives to business goals.
- Confidence in establishing and scaling creative operations and processes in fast-growing environments. Experience collaborating closely with producers and other partners to deliver high-impact creative work.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving brand transformation in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Adaptable and versatile, with experience navigating both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Believe in building team foundations rooted in humility, high trust, curiosity and a desire to continuously learn.
