If so, nice to meet you. We are looking for an experienced and innovative Program Manager, reporting directly to the head of our Head of India/APAC Operations. If you are up for the challenge, keep reading!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, managers and executives to drive and track non-technical and technical internal projects from inception through completion. Conduct project intake meetings and present project plans to all involved in the project.
• Create streamlined project timelines, track and push deliverables, and estimate/track budgeting for high-priority projects using project-tracking software such as MS Project, Smart sheets, and Google Docs.
• Communicate regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders throughout the organization, building out a formal project management process and software suite to support the function
• Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the business unit, implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
• Develop and maintain evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement while also measuring customer satisfaction and ROI on revenue expenditures

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

• Strong program management or project management experience. Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholder
• Pristine Reporting skills. Experience with Operational & Executive dashboards. Strong Excell skills
• Driven, with a desire to learn how to operate in an agile business operating model, with six sigma certification preferred.
• Tableau and process mapping experience as preferred skills/experience
