We are looking for an experienced Project Manager reporting directly to Senior Manager, Portfolio and Resource Capacity.
This is an opportunity to become a critical member of Altisource’s IT Contact Center organization. We are
looking for top candidates who are passionate about adding value in an ever-changing environment by
delivering high quality projects on-time, within budget and with complete customer satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the IT Services Delivery Manager the IT Project Manager will be responsible for
documenting and communicating all project management deliverables. This role will be an important part
of the IT Contact Center team and the upcoming Cisco Upgrade and Expansion project.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools and the software development lifecycles
Facilitate conversations between technical teams, stakeholders, quality assurance / testing teams,
finance, vendor management, customers, and subject matter experts (SMEs)
Ensures adequate requirements are gathered to establish the project charter and related project
deliverables based on the project methodology
Responsible for developing project plans and related project deliverables based on the project
methodology
Work closely with Technical teams, BA, Business Partner and Business Subject Matter Expert(s) in
the resource capacity planning, definition, testing, training, implementation, support of functional
requirements, and project delivery
The IT Project Manager knows how to balance the business and technical partnerships to establish
and sustain project timelines, priorities, and scope.
In general, the role will include the creation/revision of project delivery artifacts and extensive
reporting to project team, Business Partner, and leadership team.
Ability to manage IT projects that are medium in complexity, size, and scope
Ability to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding each project
Ability to act as the team's primary interface between IT and the business sectors
Ability to manage project issues and conflicts and deliver projects within budget and scope
Ability to deliver quality solutions to customers and develop process improvements where applicable

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have…
This position requires 5+ years of experience working with business partners, diverse technical
SME’s, and the supporting teams, (Finance, SOC, and Vender Management).
BA/BS Degree, in Computer Science, or technology related field from an accredited institution
Candidates with industry domain knowledge in financial service are preferred, but not necessary
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and
confidently with users, team members and management
Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks
Strong facilitation skills. Must be able to elicit statuses from various personalities across
organizational and geographical boundaries
Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications
Familiar with software development process such as agile development methodology and tasks, roles
involved in the process
Understands Internet and client/server architectures
Possesses working knowledge of HTML, SQL, and database design
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Project, Outlook, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
