We are looking for Support Specialist to support growing Originations function in a reporting and process management capacity. You will affect customer journey in a positive way. If you are up for the challenge, keep reading! 

WHAT YOU GET TO DO 

• Provide third Party Quality Control support, performing onshore licensed activities for TPQC clients, including reverifications, the work number and the pulling of borrower(s) credit reports.
• Client support, stacking and submissions of Bond Loans per each Municipality's requirements, Administration of Goodbye Letters, and homeowner's insurance letters.
• Manage all clients per SOW: Administration of Adverse Actions Notices to borrower(s).

• Effective call-handling skills and high levels of professionalism and telephone etiquette
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to effectively and competently handle multiple priorities simultaneously and the flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes-We are a fast pace environment!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to excellence in customer-service-Need to be able to put people at ease!
