AMARO is seeking an experienced Head of Partner Brands to own 2P brand assortment from commercial all the way to operations and seller intelligence. You will be responsible to prospect, negotiate and onboard new brands onto the platform, and then own all 2P brand operations going forward, guaranteeing success.

What you'll do

  • Prospect and outreach to new brands based on category growth roadmap
  • Partner curation based on product fit, culture and long-term values
  • Negotiate commercial contracts in line with P&L objectives
  • Onboard and successfully launch partner brands on platform and in Guide Shops
  • Oversee day to day brand operations, repositioning inventory in time and provide intelligence to partner brands
  • Serve as the ultimate relationship of partner brands to ensure the brands success selling on AMARO
  • What you have previously done

  • Senior commercial and account management experience in a dynamic industry
  • Experience in consumer goods, fashion and lifestyle industries
  • Built and scaled a B2B conversion funnel with hundreds of partner accounts
  • Strong knowledge in eCommerce environment - from planning to go-to-market strategies
  • Worked with international accounts in English
  • Growth startup experience preferred
  • Developed an extensive network of contacts
