What are we looking for:
Sr Talent Executive
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in a Public Relations, Digital or Talent Agency, supporting strategic communications with : Influencers, Celebrities and Artists.
-Experience developing creative and innovative communications strategies and develop good relationships with Influencers and Talents.
-Knowledge in Digital and Content Marketing.
-Experience working with all the different categories and types of Influencers: Celebrities, Public Personalities, Famous people on social media, Bloggers, Journalists, among others.
-English proficiency ( B2 - C1 ) -Must.
-Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
-Knowledge in Influencer Makerting and Talent Managemenet 360º strategies .
-Planning and execution of events.
Responsibilities:
-Be the contact point between Managers and Celebrities.
-Developr a close relationship with representation agencies.
-Follow-up with manager-celebs for calls, closing agendas and onboarding / clippings.
-Development and presentation of reports.
-Development of contracts and monitoring of payments.
