Atlassian helps teams everywhere change the world and we are looking for someone to be an Engineering Manager within Teamwork platform. Teamwork platform provides a platform for product teams like Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket integrate with common backend services and front end components. The team provides some of the most common end user experiences in Atlassian products like allowing millions of end users to capture, store content and manage files.
We’re looking for a passionate Engineering Manager to help shape a reliable, scalable future of our platform as we grow and onboard more products and users. You’ll be leading a team of ~8 developers, helping them to grow, plan and execute on high impact company OKRs. You’ll be working closely with Product and Design to drive different feature work, whilst collaborating with different product and platform teams internally, putting together career goals for team members, and working with the team to continuously improve the maturity of our product and processes.
