Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. Atlassian is looking for an experienced lT manager to lead a team of Integration Engineers to build and support back office finance systems. As part of the IT Commerce team, this role will establish a strategic partnership with our Product Owners and BSAs on key initiatives and cross-functional programs. In this role, you will be responsible to coach and manage team deliverables, set roadmaps and prioritization with stakeholders and execute to the committed roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of building and supporting Finance and Business systems Integrations (such as NetSuite, RevPro)
  • Identify resourcing needs and gaps to ensure successful delivery of committed projects. Adapt to evolving business needs and work with Leadership teams within and outside the organization to arrive at roadmaps and priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and cross-functional stakeholders across the company to build the right systems and automations that effectively delivers the right business value for the organization.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects,BSAs and Product Owners to ensure the objectives and goals for Finance Systems team are in alignment with the broader business needs and strategy.
  • Lead a team of Integration Engineers to manage company and departmental system initiatives. Take charge of building and growing this team and enable career growth opportunities.
  • Attract, develop, and retain high performing developers through effective recruiting, training and development, coaching and performance management.
  • Operational ownership of the Finance and Business systems Integrations.

    • More about You: On you first day, we'd love you to have:

  • 8+ years of hands on experience in developing Integrations for SaaS ERP/ Finance systems in an agile environment.
  • 4+ years of people management experience, including leading Senior/Principal level Engineers.
  • Knowledge in Quote to Cash Process
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to formulate innovative ideas, convert to actionable plans and take responsibility for the execution of such plans.
  • Comfortable interacting with highly technical team members to design, project manage and implement solutions.
  • A strong analytical discipline to the team and are constantly finding ways to optimize/automate the existing financial tools and integrations by taking a hands-on approach in dealing with configuration/system settings
  • Data-driven, pragmatic and bring a relaxed, enthusiastic attitude while dealing with ambiguity.
  • BS/MS in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering
