Atlassian is looking for a passionate Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer committed to solving our hardest customer problems and closing our largest enterprise deals.  In this role, you’ll be partnering with channel management to help recruit, enable, and support channel partners in our French market. As our channel footprint grows, you’ll help our partners become successful by strategizing on how to navigate winning sales cycles, providing compelling value-based demonstrations, supporting enterprise proof of concepts, and serving as a bridge between the Atlassian selling organization and our strategic channel partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • In collaboration with channel manager, help recruit channel partners in French market via showcase of Atlassian solutions, products, and business model.
  • Enable partners in French market via partner education and other on-site / remote opportunities.
  • In collaboration with partner and Atlassian Sales teams, investigate, discover, and assess client pain points; map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities
  • Configure and deliver deeply compelling presentations to customers and prospects, clearly communicating the value and differentiation of Atlassian while showing how we solve for their business challenges
  • Contribute to Atlassian’s thought leadership including: representing Atlassian at conferences and partner training; contributing to white papers, analyst relations, and blog posts; enabling sales teams, etc.
  • This role is located in France and is a fully remote position, with access our EMEA HQ in Amsterdam.

    We’re looking for a dynamic team member who will both teach and learn from all of us on the Solutions Engineering team. On paper, you have 5-7 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales, consulting, channel management or delivery capacity, preferably in the ITSM, Enterprise Agile Planning, or DevOps solution spaces. You have strong communication skills in both English and French language. Most importantly, you are a creative problem solver who can interpret complex problem statements, boil them down into simple solutions, and collaborate with prospects, channel partners, and the Atlassian sales team to deliver winning solutions. You’re equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, interacting with C-level executives or talking shop with strong technical audiences. You love to learn, are open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerate failure, love to win, hate to lose, and are passionate about making clients successful.
