The Program Manager is the grease and the glue that helps the Trello team deliver technical programs. You will work across teams to smooth planning, execution and reporting of our strategy, manage strategic cross-team projects, work with Trello leadership to help up-level the team and scale processes as the team grows.

The ideal candidate will be a self starter who is motivated by the desire to produce high business impact and customer value, who can thrive in ambiguous, complex, challenging and/or changing environments, and who delights in cultivating program and team success.
