Atlassian is seeking an experienced program manager for Trello which is a collaboration tool that helps millions of people work better together. The Program Manager is the grease and the glue that helps the Trello team deliver technical programs. You will work across teams to smooth planning, execution and reporting of our strategy, manage strategic cross-team projects, work with Trello leadership to help up-level the team and scale processes as the team grows.


More about you

The ideal candidate will be a self starter who is motivated by the desire to produce high business impact and customer value, who can thrive in ambiguous, complex, challenging and/or changing environments, and who delights in cultivating program and team success. 

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • 5+ years working in complex software development environment alongside product managers, engineers and designers
  • Experience working on cross functional team strategic programs that have large business impact
  • Experience working with remote, global, and cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
  • Experience working with high level decision makers and senior leaders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)


  • It's great, but not required if you have:

  • Experience working on programs with web and mobile applications, micro services and relational and non-relational databases.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales.
