We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sr. Manager, Opportunity to Cash Capabilities to work on our Cloud Commerce Transformation Initiative.
 
You will work with a talented team of Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to continually iterate and improve the reach of our products for enterprises. You will be empowered to drive innovation by coming up with new and exciting ideas to creatively solve issues, as well as proactively look for opportunities to improve the design, interface, and architecture of Atlassian's products on the cloud. You will be working on solving problems in these critical areas - Billing Engine/Subscription Engine/Invoicing/Quoting/Customer Care/Analytics/Revenue Recognition/Payment Processor ,etc.

More about the role:
 
      Lead a team of Product Managers, Business Process Architects, Business Systems Analysts to build commerce integration capabilities
      12+ years of hands-on experience in developing Integrations for SaaS ERP/ Finance systems in an agile environment.
      5+ years of people management experience, including leading Senior/Principal level Engineers.
      Deliver Business outcomes by scaling Atlassian's Opportunity to Quote, Quote to Order, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Treasury ,and Tax processes.
      Be responsible for the product ownership within the Commerce IT ecosystem - Marketing/ Sales/ Care/ Finance/ Order Management.
      Proven leadership experience and ability to formulate innovative ideas, convert to actionable plans ,and take responsibility for the execution of such plans.
      Comfortable interacting with highly technical team members to design, project-manage ,and implement solutions.
      A strong analytical discipline to the team and are constantly finding ways to optimize/automate the current model.
      BS/MS in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent relevant work experience.
