Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, every Atlassian will have the choice to work from an office or from home.

As a Workplace Experience specialist, you will be responsible for providing process and operational support to the Workplace Experience function.

As the ideal Workplace Experience specialist, you are adaptable and understand the need to experiment and pivot in a fast-paced environment that’s always changing. You have a tireless focus on delivering a Workplace that aligns with the Atlassian values and its high-performing culture. You have the ability to quickly understand the evolving culture, anticipate change and translate this into the Workplace Experience offerings. You recognize the value of the physical workplace and its impact on employee engagement and efficiency!

In this role you will:
Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team
Be able to seek new tasks and technology quickly
Provides coordination and administrative support for the day-to-day delivery of Workplace Experience services.
Assists the Workplace Experience leadership team with invoice processing, expense reporting.
Assist in ensuring vendor compliances including invoicing, labour and financial compliances, valid contracts/SOWs/POs, etc.
Assist the team with SEZ compliances with respect to Workplace Experience supplies/services
Conduct inventory audits including F&B, Housekeeping, Swag, and other relevant Workplace experience supplies.
Observe the way both Atlassian staff and Atlassian processes work so you can anticipate future needs and propose improvements.
Assist in crafting relevant communications with vendor partners and internal teams.
Be willing and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
5-8 years of experience in Office administration and facilities operations
Ability to seek problems in standard situations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
Adequate financial knowledge/capability and basic analytical skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and dynamic work culture.

It's great if you have:
A well-developed network of contacts in the employee experience and customer service industries.
