As our GitKraken product continues to experience tremendous, fast-paced growth in the market, we're aggressively expanding and ready to add a Customer Success Executive to our team. This is a strategic role within our company that has the ability to shape customer relationships and drive business growth through successful customer journeys. This semi-remote position requires you to live in or near the Scottsdale area.
In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of high quality Customer Success strategies and systems. You will deploy a top-notch success team, you will passionately advocate for our users, and you drive growth and revenue for our industry leading products. To successfully perform in this role, the following qualifications are essential:
- 5+ years of experience leading a client-facing team, preferably in SaaS
- Proven history of building and integrating full-scale customer success systems and workflows
- Experience building 360 degree view of our customers
- History of leading automations from first activation to churn reduction
- Passionate about the software development space
- Ability to translate the needs of developers into executable team processes
- History of developing and managing highly effective customer retention strategies
- Enthusiastic about team leadership
- Ability to measure, analyze, and improve department-wide metrics and performance
- Effectively collaborate with Sales, Product, QA, and Marketing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly technical audience
