• Job Initiation
• Communications to customer, supplier and Service Department.
• Monitoring system service setups and intervals.
• Distributing system generated servicing to the correct branches and controllers.
• Co-ordinating physical servicing.
• Checking SOS sampling and logging calls for any critical sampling results.
• Updating completed services in system.
• Checking and authorizing service paperwork. (Invoices etc.)
• Enforcing service processes and keeping physical services within the correct allowed service parameters and service windows.
• Ensuring the system machine hours is correct for proper service logging.
• Logging service calls manually if and when required. (System fault, incorrect hours etc.)
• Co-ordinate ROP contract machine servicing, sampling and paperwork.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Grade 12
• Technical Background
• Computer Literate
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Negotiation Skills
• Good People Skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure.
• Technical planner or supervisor experience will be an advantage
