Key Output

• Exceed sales targets in New, Used, Rental and SEM.

• Grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/ customer base.

• Provide total solutions offering to customers.

• Proper and effective sales funnel management.

• Effective territory management.

• Accurately and efficiently, deal with sales administrative tasks.

• Effective self-management and performance ownership.

• Manage all aspects of sales process.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12 or equivalent

• Territory planning, business planning and development skills.

• Sound technical knowledge of Earthmoving equipment and accessories. (CAT specific product knowledge will be advantageous)

• Knowledge of CRM Tools will be advantageous.

• Knowledge of MS office.

• B. Tech Sales / Marketing Diploma or equivalent.

• Communication and facilitation skills.

• Basic Financial acumen.

• Experience in a Technical Sales Role.

• Highly Ethical - Must be committed to work strictly under guidance by BWE Code of Ethics.

• Team Player - Must be able to make contributions to teamwork and accept guidance and contributions from team members (within the BWE and Cat, Customer and Suppliers)
