Key Output

  • Warranty and Product issue resolution
  • Present product issues to management, executive and suppliers
  • Compile informative product issue reports and address the issue with suppliers and management
  • Provide expert technical support for Warranty resolution
  • Plan and prioritise jobs to maximise productivity and profitability
  • Ensure continuous product improvement for allocated products
  • Provide support for new product introduction

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

  • B. Engineering  ( Mechanical or Electrical) degree, or
    Must be a Caterpillar-certified earth-moving technician.  
  • Business communication

  • Computer Literate (MS Office & appropriate caterpillar software applications)
  • Staying abreast of technological development
  • Post-apprentice/learnership experience
  • 5 years
