- Prepare quotes, invoices & planning of work including monitoring progress
- Prepare reports as required
- Manage parts inventory, availability and preparations
- Prepare and oversee proposals to customers
- Assist with warranty resolution
- Provide technical support to customers & Artisans
- Provide logistical support to service support technicians
- Assist customers with internal planning processes
- Assist customers with service planning
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators
- Assist to resolve internal and external customer queries
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Qualified artisan – Trade certificate will be an advantage
- SAP/CRM knowledge will be an advantage
- Basic management qualification an advantage
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, SIS, STW / ET, CAT inspect. myCat.com)
- Warranty and quality admin experience,
- Good communication skills, customer relations and must be a team player
- Understanding the service work process & attention to details
- Field service and Procurement processes
- Business ethics, customer service, time management negotiation skills & principles
- Drivers licence
