BAYADA Lehigh Valley Adult is looking for Personal Care Aides (PCA) in the following locations:

  • LEHIGH VALLEY and surrounding areas
    • Bethlehem/Easton
    • Nazareth/Bath
    • Allentown/Northampton

 

BAYADA offers Personal Care Aide (PCAs):

  • Weekly pay with starting rate of $11/hr and potential to earn up to $14/hr

Qualifications for Personal Care Aides (PCAs):  

  • Have at least one year of verifiable work experience in a hospital, nursing home, agency, private-duty home care case
  • Completion of Medical-Surgical clinical rotation in nursing school
  • OR we offer a FREE one-week training course for those without professional experience

Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Aides (PCAs):

  • Activities of daily living  
  • Light housekeeping  
  • Bathing  
  • Grooming  
  • Toileting  
  • Nail care  
  • Range of motion / exercises  
  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices  
  • Oral feeding  
  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration  
  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.  
  • Assisting with ambulation  
  • Medication assistance
