BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking PRN / Floater Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We provide an opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of others and offer flexibility in our roles to match your needs.  We provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Montgomery and Bucks County PA. We will be able to provide you with 24-30 hours a month of work. We pay weekly at a rate of $19 / hour for PRN / on-call staff. 

 

We service individuals with I/DD such as Autism, Down Syndrome, and more, around Montgomery County, PA and Bucks County, PA in places like:

  • Lansdale, PA
  • Royersford, PA
  • Quakertown, PA
  • Warrington, PA
  • Horsham, PA
  • and so much more!

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
  • Accompany clients on errands and appointments
  • Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
  • Participate in community integration activities

 

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Competitive pay rates of $18 - 19 / hour with a weekly pay schedule 
  • Flexible PRN scheduling (various shift lengths and locations) 
  • Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
    • Options for mileage reimbursement

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

  • One year + experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
  • Ability to work various shift types and locations while being adaptable and flexible 
  • Ability to transport clients to community activities

Pay rate: $19 / hr, weekly pay
