Job Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to provide comprehensive care and achieve the best possible results.
  • Documentation: Accurately document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with BAYADA policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Development: Take advantage of ongoing training and leadership opportunities, with a clear path to advancing your career within BAYADA.

 

Qualifications:

  • A current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Delaware.
  • At least one year of experience in physical therapy is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
