BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager (ST, PT, or OT required) for our Falls Church, VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients.

Responsibilities for a Rehabilitation Manager:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Falls Church, VA and other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team of field clinicians.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new clinicians.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Rehabilitation Manager:
- Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist required.
- Supervisory experience.
