BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Data Integration Engineer, Senior Associate.  With minimal supervision, the Data Integration Engineer Senior Associate, designs, modifies, develops and implements software programming applications in support of internal and external systems integrations. This individual is responsible for reviewing business needs, participating in the solutioning process from the concept to identification of tasks required to meet the needs. Additionally, you will support and/or install software applications and participates in the testing process. This is a mid-level professional track position and will offer training and continuing education to support a career in management and leadership within BAYADA Home Health Care.
 
Responsibilities: 
 
  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way
  • Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
  • Design, develop and support near-real-time data integrations.
  • Use various tools including Visual Studio, C#, Message Queues and SQL Server.
  • Design and develop robust RESTful web services to support multiple applications.
  • Using advanced and complex SQL queries & stored procedures to curate and maintain critical data
  • Implement micro service patterns to extend our integration capabilities
  • Maintains proficiency in the development patterns used in integration solutions and advances knowledge via self learning and training as appropriate. Assists training and mentoring of colleagues as appropriate.
  • Seeks out educational opportunities both within and outside the organization.
  • Works diligently to achieve consistent results in all areas of responsibility.
    Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and identifies opportunities to expand master data quality and efficiencies.

  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
 
  • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
  • Four (4) year college degree.
  • Six (6) years minimum experience with both T-SQL and C#
  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
  • Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
  • The ability to understand and write complex SQL queries
  • Ability to understand and extend off abstracted system layers
  • Extensive experience interfacing with and supporting REST API interfaces
  • SQL Service broker experience
  • Competence in software required to perform job functions. Ability to learn new technologies, software, and technical
    methodologies. Strong knowledge of subject-specific technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to work independently, in addition to being self-motivated, flexible, versatile, and creative.
  • Exceeds performance standards and possesses a record of goal achievement.
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills. Self-starter and team player who excels at building trusting relationships.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
