About the Role: The Business Operations Analyst will strive to optimize business stakeholder experience and ensuring that business objectives are met. This role will also monitor and analyze operational performance against established goals and objectives to provide better visibility to management.

Key Objectives:

  • Refine/build dashboards and/or reporting detailing BizOps KPI metrics; obtain understanding of quality standards and metrics within each Business Operations vertical.
  • Extract information from company systems, activities, and customer inquiries to accurately track, analyze, and communicate outcomes.
  • Establish and implement quality control and assurance processes to ensure KPI achievement.
  • Report findings from quality control reviews to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Using a business-centric approach, apply scientific problem-solving methodologies and investigative strategies.
  • Continuously refine, review and improve quality reporting by measuring and analyzing quality of results, identifying corrective/preventive actions, and evaluating/updating standards and metrics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership to drive results, investigate/log escalated matters.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of data analysis and/or QA experience OR Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM or other analytical field
  • 1+ years experience with Salesforce and Looker Studio
  • 1-2 years of financial services experience preferred
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Able to collaborate as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Work Environment: Hybrid – office located in Houston, TX
