Responsibilities

  • Oversee and perform day-to-day accounting operations
  • Expense reimbursement and payment review, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Ensure a smooth closing of accounts and timely reporting of financials
  • Prepare monthly accounting schedules, journal entries and reconciliation
  • Collaborate closely with inter-company teams and cross-functional departments
  • Lead or support initiatives to enhance accounting systems and improve operational efficiency
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments/duties as required

    • Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
  • Has at least 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably within an audit environment 
  • Ability to identify control weaknesses on daily operations and implement process improvements
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in supporting or leading system enhancements and process automation initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and strong people management skills with a collaborative approach
