Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute Angel activities, such as Angel monthly calls, online team buildings, webinars, and workshopsPropose improvement plans on the Angel Program and related processes. Grow the Angel community by helping with new Angel hiringIncrease brand awareness of the Binance Angel Program in fun, creative, and informative waysSupport Angel escalations and provide community feedback to internal teamsMaintain the Angel database and Angel Program related resourcesManage Angel Program administration, including but not limited to reimbursements, swag distributions, and travel bookingExplore ways to better engage with the Angels and make sure that their questions and needs are properly addressedRequirements:
Proven experience in managing volunteer programs and/or community programs (ideally a crypto community program)Strong communication and coordination skillsProject management and administration experience is advantageousHave a solid understanding of the Binance ecosystem and the general crypto marketAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentNative-level or fluent EnglishInternational background and the ability to speak other languages are advantageous
