Responsibilities:
Review proposed customer onboarding data and evaluate adherence to local regulatory requirements Perform Quality Control checks of Bifinity KYB customersReview customers client risk rating on a periodic reviewEscalate suspicious cases, deficiencies and arrange trainings where neededAct as an escalation point for issues and liaise with the global compliance ops team to mitigate risks identifiedAssist in managing remediations and KYB related projectsAssist in internal, external, regulatory and AML auditsAssist in managing remediations and KYB related projectsTestingBecome a member of the Compliance Technical UnitRequirements:
Related experience or studies in Legal or Compliance mattersFluency in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written An “undergraduate” degree levelGood IT knowledge and able to work independently on assigned tasksKnowledge on provisions of Lithuanian laws, Directives, Regulations and otherwise standards applicable to KYB and knowledge of regulation of virtual currencies is a strong plus
