Responsibilities:
Design, execute and report an integrated marketing and community engagement strategy, encompassing performance marketing, brand awareness, social media, and event planningBuild, manage and optimize our user success funnel, including oversight of and input to key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagementGrow our active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through data-driven performance marketing, and competitive benchmarkingAttract and manage affiliates relationships, partnerships and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies to drive growthDevelop a vibrant online and offline communities, increasing engagement through moderating activities, content creation, fostering positive interactions, and assisting the Binance Angel ProgramOrganize and execute impactful online and offline events, such as meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to the local market and user baseBe the eyes and ears on the ground: Understand and share knowledge on local trends, communities and news that can be leveraged in brand awareness and marketing innovation effortsRequirements:
Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in marketingExposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facingPast marketing/growth roles at CEE/CIS virtual asset exchange is strongly preferredMust have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto / blockchain / technology spaceData-driven and performance marketing mindset is a mustProven experience in growing and managing a user baseLanguage skills: Ukrainian, and Advanced EnglishAbility to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at onceExperience in community management and events is a plus
