Main Responsibilities:
Developing compliance policies and audit program proceduresFocusing on internal compliance policy review, including ongoing assessments, assisting with compliance reviews, internal audit reviews and ongoing or ad hoc reviewsBe the point of contact with the French regulatorMonitor compliance incident governance Other Areas of Responsibility:
Assisting in all compliance and regulatory matters with regulatory bodies including supporting registrationsPreparing regular reports and strategic direction to senior management regarding compliance mattersCoordinating various foreign regulatory filingsTo carry out the necessary studies to ensure compliance with the regulations issued and to provide necessary communication and coordination with FIUTracking new product/service launch compliance itemsCollaborating with other departments on special projects and special compliance projects as necessaryEnsuring effective collaboration with the Global Compliance teamAssisting in the development of training materialsTo keep information and statistics on internal audit and training activities regularlyEnsuring compliance to Binance global and local Anti-Money Laundering proceduresHandling AML trainings and Preparation of AML Report Requirements:
At least 10 years of compliance experience with a reputable multinational company, preferably in fintech or financial service sectorStrong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirementsDemonstrated managerial experience and strong leadership skillsCrypto knowledge will be a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial, innovative and strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environmentWorking at Binance
